UMI would also provide post-highschoolers an alternative to militarisation & an incentive to graduate & enter college.

This is essentially a detailed business plan of how almost instantaneously to convert WalMarts nationwide into peoples operated supply depots while minimising inventory disruption & havoc during the process.
